Patellar resurfacing versus nonresurfacing with patellaplasty in total knee arthroplasty
Conclusion: There was no statistically significant difference in short-term clinical, functional, and radiological outcomes in the two groups and therefore, routine patellar resurfacing for patient undergoing TKA is not advantageous.
