Exposure to mephedrone during gestation increases the risk of stillbirth and induces hippocampal neurotoxicity in mice offspring

In conclusion, the present study has shown that regular and repeated exposure to mephedrone during the gestational period increases the risk of low birth weight and stillbirth. Also, repeated use of mephedrone impairs learning and memory processes through hippocampal damage.
