Twin ectopic pregnancy after ipsilateral salpingectomy: A report of cases

ConclusionEctopic pregnancy in the remnant tube is difficult to diagnose due to the unique anatomic location of the pregnancy sometimes results in delayed diagnosis. Clinicians should be aware that salpingectomy does not exclude ipsilateral ectopic pregnancy. Although complete tubal resection cannot prevent cornual pregnancy, it might reduce the risk of recurrent ectopic pregnancy in the remnant tube.
