Alterations in oxidative stress markers in laryngeal carcinoma patients
ConclusionIn patients with laryngeal cancer, the oxidant/antioxidant balance shifted toward oxidative stress. In addition, following laryngectomies, laryngeal cancer patients had increases in serum antioxidant enzyme activities and decreases in oxidative stress markers.
