Naturally occurring anti-M with high thermal amplitude complicating ABO blood grouping

We report a case of 28 year old unmarried female blood donor who had an unexpected reaction in blood grouping due to anti-M that posed a problem for us in the interpretation of her blood group. We also reviewed literature to find out the significance of anti-M antibody.
