As you begin to cultivate your own meditation practice you will notice your body and mind begin to connect the feelings of deep relaxation. It’s bringing attention to the present, which helps you be mindful in other areas of life. If you notice your mind begins to wander, simply notice what it is you were thinking about or what was distracting you, then take a moment and pause.
