Body Kindness Advent Day 22: Give Some Love

Body Kindness Activity: Give Some Love ‘Tis the season of giving. Think of all the people you care about most in your life, now think of ways you can show them your love. It doesn’t have to cost money, in fact some of the most meaningful gifts don’t cost a thing. Send a real card in the mail, call them to just say “hello” and hear their voice, buy them a small, meaningful gift, send flowers, make special plans you can look forward to, or invite them to take a walk, just the two of you.
