Body Kindness Advent Day 23: Do a “ Quickie ”

Body Kindness Activity: Do a “Quickie” Between the slew of holiday parties, shopping, and traveling to see family you don’t have to neglect your exercise. A quick workout, even on low energy time strapped days will make a difference and keep you energized through your hectic holiday schedule. I do my best to get a “quickie” in anytime I can — whether it’s climbing the stairs during my daughter’s ballet class or flipping into a quick inversion between tackling emails.  Get to it! What can you do while on a conference call on mute? Maybe a few lunges while pumping gas on your way to a holiday party?
