Maybe it’s identifying your peaceful place, your dream job or home, a new relationship or improvements in existing relationships. Literally, a vision board is any display of images that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life. In Body Kindness you’ll learn that the act of creating a vision board helps our busy minds identify our vision and give it clarity.
