Body Kindness Advent Day 27: Celebrate Milestones

I’m counting down the days to the launch of my first book Body Kindness by sharing ideas for how you can celebrate all the goodness the holiday season has to offer. Body Kindness Activity: Celebrate Milestones Celebrate milestones, big and small and eat the damn cake! (Or whatever treat you crave.) It’s important to celebrate the “good enough” effort you have made, even if you want to do more. Remember that you have what you need to succeed—both the desire and resources to make changes stick. You just need to be patient with yourself and keep practicing. Happy people celebrate improvement and don’t expect perfection. In this picture I am celebrating a huge milestone, the publication of Body Kindness along side my daughters. This They are my everything. I know anyone who loves children cares about making the world a better place for them. Body Kindness is one way I hope to be part of creating happier, healthier people and families.
