Metagenetic Characterization of the Resident Equine Uterine Microbiome Using Multiple Techniques

In this study the resident uterine microbiome of healthy estrual mares was characterized by metagenetics from double-guarded swabs of the external cervical os and uterus , uterine LVL and tissue biopsy samples.
