Functional results after posterior interosseous nerve microsurgical repair

Conclusions The posterior interosseous nerve repairs, if done using end-to-end anastomosis or a nerve graft and with the appropriate technique, may result to nearly full recovery in young patients. Nerve repair is suggested until the 6th month after the injury using end-to-end anastomosis or grafting methods. Level of clinical evidence Level 4, case series study
