The clinical hall-mark of Behçet Disease (BD) is oral aphtosis, which is often associated with genital aphtae and a variety of skin lesions. Less common manifestations of BD include thrombophlebitis, central nervous system and ocular inflammation which, however, may impact significant morbidity and mortality.
