Breathe to ease - respiratory Biofeedback to improve heart rate variability and coping with stress in obese patients: a pilot study
Conclusion : Respiratory biofeedback shows promising results in supporting obese subjects. Further studies including bigger sample sizes appear necessary for confirming the results.
