Comments on: "Complementary and alternative therapies for restless legs syndrome: An evidence-based systematic review"

We read carefully the article by Xu et  al. [1] published in a recent issue of Sleep Medicine Reviews. The topic of the review is interesting and much work and effort was put in this study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of complementary and alternative therapies for restless leg syndrome (RLS). The review included 18 Randomized Con trol Trials (RCTs), which include different outcomes measures such as International restless legs syndrome rating scale (IRLS), visual analogue scale (VAS), periodic leg movements index (PLMI), sleep disturbance, depression, and Quality of Life scales (QoL).
