Clinical pearls in perioperative medicine
A 65-year-old man is scheduled for a nephrectomy next week for a renal mass suspected to be malignant. He had a drug-eluting stent (DES) placed in his RCA 3 months ago after having an abnormal stress test. He is asymptomatic and is taking aspirin, clopidogrel, and atorvastatin.
