BISAP score - a predictor of mortality, pancreas necrosis, organ failure and disease severity in patients with acute pancreatitis - single center experience (Clinical Center of Montenegro)

Objectives The Bedside Index for Severity in Acute Pancreatitis (BISAP) score has been developed to identify patients at high risk for mortality or severe disease early during the course of acute pancreatitis (AP). The purpose of this study was to explore the early evaluations of BISAP score in predicting the severity, pancreas necrosis (PN), organ failure (OF) and mortality of AP.
