Objectives Introduction. Long-term, often recurrent diseases of the digestive system (acute and chronic pancreatitis) are accompanied by the presence of an autoimmune component. The cause of this complication is not clear. Aim. Study was to identify the factors ensuring the appearance and disappearance of the autoimmune component.
