Objectives Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided drainage is a commonly used method for the treatment of symptomatic pancreatic fluid collections, such as pancreatic pseudocyst (PC) and walled-off pancreatic necrosis (WOPN). Data on efficiency and complication rates are heterogeneous.
