Double balloon enteroscopy in diagnostic and correction of complication of resection-draining operation in chronic pancreatitic

Objectives At the present time there is a steady increase in the morbidity of chronic pancreatitis,and therefore the number of operations is increase too.In this case,the operations such as Frey,and Bern procedures are used widely,the basis of which is resection-draining principle with pancreaticojejunostomy (PJS) Roux-n-Y. These operations have their own specific complications, the diagnosis of which presents serious difficulties.In addition,there are a lot of insufficiently studied problems concerning the duration and adequacy of the functioning of PJS.
