The role of age in pancreatic intraductal papillary neoplasms: same survival but different implications for the management
Objectives Little is known regarding the natural history of Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasms (IPMNs) of the pancreas diagnosed in younger individuals, as current guidelines do not specifically address this aspect. The aim of this study was to evaluate whether clinical features and malignancy risk of IPMNs are influenced by patient's age at diagnosis.
