Effect of aspirin, ACE inhibitors/sartans and statins use on the progression of BD-IPMN in follow up: a multicenter study
Objectives Aspirin (ASA), Ace Inibitors/Sartans (ACEI/ARB) and Statins (STAT) inhibit tumoral growth in several clinical and preclinical models, including pancreatic cancer (PDAC). These drugs might, therefore, slow the progression of PDAC precursor lesions, such as IPMNs, but this has been poorly investigated.
