JWA gene based integrin α(v)β3 targeting polypeptide PJP1-RGD inhibits pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma metastasis and dyshomeostasis in mice
Objectives The Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) are incurable due to the rapid development of resistance to all current therapeutics. In contrast to normal tissue, the majority of PDACs express the integrin receptor however the tumor suppressor JWA is inactivated. We investigated the role of JWA gene based integrin α(v)β3 targetting polypeptide PJP1-RGD on PDAC metastasis and dyshomeostasis in mice.
