Affinity proteomic profiling of plasma for proteins associated to pancreatic cancer reveal candidates for patient survival

Objectives We investigated the plasma proteomes of PDAC patients using a multiplexed antibody bead array with the aim to identify proteins that are organ-specific and associated to features of the disease. The candidate proteins could complement existing tools for early detection of PDAC, assessment of tumor stages, or predict patient survival.
