Spleen-preserving total pancreatectomy - initial experience

Objectives Total pancreatectomy (TP) is safe and effective procedure when performed in high-volume pancreatic centers. Spleen-preserving TP (SpTP) is infrequent surgical procedure. This is our first experience in such type of pancreatic resections.
