Individuals with schizophrenia spectrum disorders (SSD) display different real-world outcomes in terms of coping, treatment effects, and social and role function. Several factors contribute to this phenomenon and are well documented, such as symptom load, neurocognitive ability, and functional capacity (Green  et al., 2004).
