Emergency nursing students ’ and nurse educators’ perception of care delivery: A comparison study of self-assessment ratings.
Patient presentations to emergency departments (ED) for critically unwell patients are increasing [1,2]. Australian EDs manage the care of almost 7.5 million presentations per annum, with 72% of patients spending 4 hours or less in the ED [1]. The requirement for emergency nurses to comprehensively assess and manage patients in a timely manner is important.
