Ampullar ectopic pregnancy following ipsilateral partial isthmic salpingectomy

We present a rare case of a recurrent ectopic pregnancy, occuring in the distal remnant of the ampulla of the fallopian tube, after a previous partial ipsilateral salpingectomy. This case shows that a strict adherence to the Dutch guideline would probably have led to an earlier detection.
