Is multiple session of intralesional bleomycin mandatory for complete resolution of macrocystic lymphatic malformation ?

Conclusion: Intralesional bleomycin is an effective treatment for macrocystic lesion, and complete resolution may be achieved by single session of ILS if proper principle are followed.
