Adventitial cystic disease of the popliteal artery: case report

We report the case of a 51 year-old male patient presenting with lower-limb intermittent claudication in whom this pathology was diagnosed and who was treated with segmental arterial resection and autologous saphenous vein interposition. We also discuss diagnostic and therapeutic alternatives.
