Goat Boule: Isoforms identification, mRNA expression in testis and functional study and promoter methylation profiles

This study was therefore to detect splicing variants of the goat Boule gene and explore their potential roles in meiosis. Three isoforms, denoted as Boule-a, Boule-b, and Boule-c, were identified in the testes of goats using real-time PCR (RT-PCR) and cloning sequencing.
