Creating oncology content experts to support the development and growth for a PGY2 Oncology Residency Program

Background: In 2013, we sought to launch a PGY2 Oncology Residency Program. However, we had only 1 preceptor who was credentialed to precept this resident. This was largely due a lack of experienced, clinically oriented as well as board certified, residency trained pharmacists.
