Preface

Asian Transplantation Week 2017 (ATW 2017) was held in Incheon, Korea from October 18 (Wednesday) to 22 (Sunday), 2017. It was launched by the Korean Transplantation Society (KST) in 2016 in the hope that it would contribute to the advancement of clinical techniques, especially among young Asian professionals, and the spread of a culture befitting the spirit of the Declaration of Istanbul in the field of transplantation in the Asian region.
