Abdominal Lymphangiomatosis With Intestinal Lymphangiectasia Diagnosed by Magnetic Resonance Lymphangiography: A Case Report

Lymphatic diseases of the body have a diverse spectrum.1-4 They can vary from small lymphangioma, which are usually asymptomatic, to large and diffuse variants of generalized lymphangiomatosis, which have protean manifestations. There is no generalized classification of lymphatic disorders as many entities are still not better understood. Localized lymphangiomatosis can occur in the abdomen, which can occur intraperitoneal or in retroperitoneum or in both compartments. They can be associated changes in bowel with lymphangiectasia of bowel.
