Imaging of isoproterenol-induced myocardial injury with 18F labeled fluoroglucaric acid in a rat model

The objective of this work was to synthesize 18F –labeled glucaric acid (FGA) for PET imaging of isoproterenol-induced cardiomyopathy in a rat model.
