Forensic parameters of the X-STR Decaplex system in Mexican populations

Short Tandem Repeats of the X-chromosome (X-STRs) have demonstrated to be informative in forensic casework [1,2]. However, few X-STR systems have been studied in the Mexican population [3], which is characterized by different levels of admixture originated after the European contact.
