Abstract 119: Quality of Life Outcomes in Patients With Known Coronary Artery Disease Presenting With Suspected Ischemia Randomized to Pharmacologic Stress Myocardial Perfusion Imaging With Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET) [Session Title: Poster Session AM]

Conclusions: In symptomatic patients with CAD undergoing stress MPI, health status improved significantly over a year of follow-up. Although PET MPI more accurately details the ischemia, use of this imaging modality did not translate into improved health status over time.
