Allograft Portacaval Shunt in Small-for-Size Liver in Deceased Donor Liver Transplant
In this report, we describe a technique creating an allograft portacaval shunt that effectively attenuates portal inflow without a requirement of extensive surgical dissection in the recipient during the transplantation.
