Fibromyalgia as a glymphatic overload syndrome
We read with great interest the paper by Hulens et al. [1], hypothesizing that the unexplained widespread pain associated with fibromyalgia is caused by chronic postural idiopathic cerebrospinal hypertension. We admire their efforts to provide this new hypothesis and would like to comment.
