Double Rhomboid Suture Technique for Congenital Ptosis

Congenital ptosis is one of the many ophthalmic conditions for which a preferred method of treatment has yet to be determined. The most common operation is a frontalis sling, yet the method by which this is performed varies widely from surgeon to surgeon. Materials that have been used include autologous grafts, bioengineered slings, and plain sutures.
