Quantifying known and emerging uterine pathogens, and evaluating their association with metritis and fever in dairy cows

This study aims to quantify known and emerging uterine pathogens, and to evaluate their association with metritis and fever in dairy cows. Metritis was diagnosed at 6  ± 2 days postpartum, a uterine swab was collected and rectal temperature was measured.
