Podocyte and endothelial cell injury lead to nephrotic syndrome in proliferative lupus nephritis

ConclusionsOur study suggests that coexistence of podocyte and EC injury may lead to NS in proliferative LN. Podocyte damage alone leads to NS in membranous LN.
