Efficacy, safety, and cost of pomalidomide in relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma

ConclusionsThe study demonstrated that pomalidomide‐dexamethasone regimen has a long‐term favorable safety‐efficacy profile in RRMM patients. The survival benefit is substantial even in patients with stable disease.
