Resin bonded bridges

Resin bonded bridges (RBBs) offer the important advantage of allowing fixed replacement of missing teeth using a conservative preparation for the abutment teeth, which reduces the risk of endodontic complications in these abutment teeth. Little evidence exists regarding the long-term survival of RBBs, however, so a systematic review was conducted to assess survival rate and understand the links between various prognostic factors and survival rate for RBBs.
