Comparative analysis of the 2016 ACR ‐EULAR and the 2002 AECG classification criteria for Sjögren's syndrome: Findings from the NIH cohort

ConclusionThere was high agreement between the two classification sets with comparable performance diagnostics. There was no evidence of superior performance value by the new 2016 ACR‐EULAR set over the AECG set, and the two sets were found to be equivalent. Findings from our cohort indicate that 2016 ACR‐EULAR classification could be extended to classification of sSS.
