Post-surgical recurrence of HCC along resection margin treated by percutaneous US-guided ablation.

CONCLUSIONS: HCC recurrence along the surgical margin can be safely and effectively treated by percutaneous therapy, despite the misconception of the surgical margin as a hostile location.
