ConclusionIncreased basal cell layer hyperplasia, abnormal superficial mitosis, increased nuclear‐cytoplasmic ratio, and hyperchromasia are high‐risk features for OSMF, and affected patients should be followed on a priority basis for the early detection of OSCC.This article is protected by copyright.
