Canine co ‐therapy: The potential of dogs to improve the acceptability of trauma‐focused therapies for children
ConclusionsCanine‐assisted therapy as an adjunct to traditional cognitive‐behavioural approaches holds promise as a way to improve acceptability. Implications and future research directions are discussed.
