ConclusionsThe efficacy of TNF inhibitors may be attenuated in RA patients with positive anti‐HTLV‐I antibody. ATL and HAM did not develop when TNF inhibitors were used for 24 weeks, but the long‐term risk is not known.This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
