Retraction gonioscopy, a novel method in the diagnosis of cyclodialysis clefts
Abstract
Clinical examination remains the gold standard in the diagnosis of a cyclodialysis cleft. This could be challenging especially in the presence of folds in Descemet’s membrane, hyphema, corneal edema, peripheral anterior synechiae or a shallow anterior chamber.1
